Athens Green Guide är ett incitament baserat på triptyken Recycle, Reuse, Reduce och syftar till att inkludera företag som prioriterar hållbarhetspraxis och noll-avfallsfilosofi.
Specifikt Athens Green Guide det inkluderar företag enligt fem huvudkategorier: veganska eller vegetariska restauranger och matrelaterade tjänster, second hand-butiker, second hand-butiker eller kilobutiker, produkter tillverkade av återvinningsbara, biologiskt nedbrytbara eller icke-plastiska material, nolla avfallsprodukter och rättvisemärkta och etiska produkter.
